🏷 How do I return my order? (Rest of World)

If you have purchased products from the Grays-Hockey webshop and wish to return any of them you need to arrange the return yourself.

You should notify us that you are returning the product using the online return tool

START A RETURN 

We will refund unused items returned in resalable condition with all their packaging and labelling if they are returned within 30 days. 

Products that we have personalised for you are not refundable unless they are faulty. The maximum value we will refund will be the original order value.
