Currently it is a refund only policy, which in many cases can help customers resolve matters quickly by ordering at their convenience knowing that shipping and returns are free, rather than waiting for a returns process and exchange to work through, particularly helpful when items are needed quickly.
However we do appreciate that in some cases it may be preferable for customers to request an exchange. This is a service we hope to offer in the future.

Once we have the product/s back it will be refunded to you on the payment method used when placing the order - The refund may take up to 7 working days to show on your statement depending on the bank you are with.
